Well the question is about Michael Vick's (the football player) dog fighting. He can have UP to 5 years in prison. So whats your opinion on it. Is it fair? Well I can tell you mine, nope its not fair at all. He kills a ton of dogs, has them brutally tortured and fighting and yet this stupid shit asshole can have a maximum of FIVE years in prison? OH man is there something wrong with this picture or what?

No it isn't fair. Because a 5 year sentence isn't really a 5 year sentence. If he is extremely unlucky, he MAY serve a year or two. But even that I doubt.
He needs a punishment more severe. They should require him to do city work for a mandatory 2 years (picking up trash on the side of the road) to readjust his ego. He should also be required to pay a significant fine. And he should be barred from playing football ever again. Add that to his 5 year sentence, and now we are talking more along the lines of fair. What I propose isn't even that extreme, but it would be a much more reasonable punishment than what he may be receiving.

Ya I would prefer him going to jail for a LONG time, or getting the shit stomped out of him.

Ya I would prefer him going to jail for a LONG time, or getting the shit stomped out of him. Well, you know that isn't the way the court system works. Though I do believe that is a "punishment which fits the crime" to kick his ass, they didn't even do that to the green river killer, who was, by comparison, much more evil. The reason why prison isn't enough, is because in the real world, when you are rich and/or a celebrity, you never fulfill the time you are charged except for the extremely rare occasion. Therefore, the prosecutor needs to be more creative in what they ask the jury for. Such as mandatory volunteerism, fines, and barring from coming back to their career. Looks like the newest report is saying it will be a $350,000 fine and may be combined with prison time after all. His friend is pleading guitly and agrees to cooperate fully, which hurts Vicks defense greatly! But $350,000 is nothing for him. I looked into it and it looks like he is richer than I realized. He makes $13 million a year, so....I guess $350,000 really isn't much of a fine. I still think mandatory volunteerism may be the greatest punishment for this guy.

Thats true they sadly did not do it to the Green River Killer. . But making a football player volunteer would totally destroy his ego though, which is a good thing. Reason for edit: (fixed the quotations.)

I think its just a stupid dog. I say, let the man go free! What are you, some sort of peace nick who doesn't want to punish anybody? No wait, that wouldn't make sense. BEcause peace nicks love animals. So what the fuck? Only a stupid dog? For your information, there were LOTS of dogs being put up to this, NOT JUST ONE!!!

I think its just a stupid dog. I say, let the man go free! WTF? Who the hell are you? What the hell? What if you were the "stupid" dog? You would not like being tortured and killed! That is a VERY uncaring thing to say, what are you going to say next "Its just a stupid human" when a person gets killed? And it was more than one dog, just like Non Entity said.

I don't know whether to take that as a compliment or a criticism, Old Funky, but I can assure you that I am my own person and that batman is his. I always double check IP numbers to make sure we don't have one person posing as more than one.

So I don't like anyone talking shit about their lives not being worth anything. And no me and Non Entity are not the same people.
